Security vulnerability in CyberEdge Robotics Duque de Caxias Enterprises product

On February 6, 1995, I signed up for CyberEdge Robotics Duque de Caxias Enterprises's warranty service at their North Bettie, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $466.74, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Myles D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
