Hidden fees discovered from Genius Education

On January 16, 2021, I signed up for Genius Education's return process at their East Merrittfort, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $528.98, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cindy D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
