Unsatisfactory resolution from Trusted Legal Advisors

On October 18, 1972, I signed up for Trusted Legal Advisors's repair service at their Elianstad, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $769.95, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gwendolyn D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
