Unresolved issue with Store Now product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7663-JFT-4208 placed with Store Now on August 14, 2023. I paid $895.71 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kristofer K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
