I am writing regarding order #ORD-2902-KEZ-4190 placed with Store Now on August 30, 2020. I paid $661.35 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kenton W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
