Frustrated with WisdomSchool LLC's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9262-XON-3156 placed with WisdomSchool LLC on January 28, 2013. I paid $545.78 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jaida K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
