False promises made by Residence of Superior representative

I purchased a service from Residence of Superior on April 30, 1997. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Antwon A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
