Misleading advertising by CloudRobo

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1570-VYD-5266 placed with CloudRobo on May 20, 1996. I paid $605.52 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dock N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
