I have been a loyal customer of Select Solutions International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-3277-OFK-3457) on November 14, 1990, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
