Frustrated with Representation Firm Group's lack of response

On May 23, 1973, I signed up for Representation Firm Group's delivery service at their Lake Karlifort, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $571.54, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Daphney N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
