Unsatisfactory resolution from Representation Firm Group

On November 13, 2000, I signed up for Representation Firm Group's upgrade service at their Hoegerbury, California location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $536.7, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ariel D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
