I want to report a serious concern with TechEdge's subscription that I purchased on March 27, 2013 from your Amaliashire, Oklahoma store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Nigel C., but my issue remains unresolved.
