On April 11, 1986, I signed up for The Total Path Alliance Inc.'s troubleshooting service at their Lake Rubyeport, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $258.15, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Liliane R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
