On May 2, 2001, I signed up for Harmony Medical's upgrade service at their North Kayley, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $395.47, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lindsay O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
