Poor customer service experience with The Elite Class International

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4394-HWT-2211 placed with The Elite Class International on April 18, 1996. I paid $577.94 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Faustino X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
