Data Tech failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2790-XOA-5570 placed with Data Tech on February 9, 1975. I paid $212.57 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hyman F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
