I am writing regarding order #ORD-2073-ELA-2771 placed with Representation, Representation & Chambers on January 13, 2022. I paid $973.30 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Barton J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
