I am writing regarding order #ORD-5947-QDZ-5869 placed with Micro-Nexus on May 12, 1970. I paid $770.54 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Therese J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
