On June 25, 2013, I signed up for Micro-Nexus's customer support at their New Kamron, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $343.63, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mattie F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
