Misleading advertising by Micro-Nexus

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1986-WWD-1479 placed with Micro-Nexus on September 21, 2001. I paid $970.32 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Virgil G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
