Warranty claim denied by UrbanShop

On March 3, 1987, I signed up for UrbanShop's setup assistance at their Franciscaville, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $407.38, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kelley E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
