I am writing regarding order #ORD-7731-SJP-9981 placed with UrbanShop on December 22, 1991. I paid $623.29 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Franz O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
