Delayed delivery from Properties Associates

I have been a loyal customer of Properties Associates for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-8542-VYH-4331) on December 20, 1976, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Apr 26, 2025 05:19I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The smart thermostat from Properties Associates not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
