I have been a loyal customer of Properties Associates for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-8542-VYH-4331) on December 20, 1976, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The smart thermostat from Properties Associates not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
