I am writing regarding order #ORD-5866-LYI-1944 placed with Properties Associates on November 29, 1996. I paid $154.55 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Yvonne N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Apr 26, 2025 05:57Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $119.55 refund only covers part of what I paid for the installation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
