I want to report a serious concern with Classic Estates Management Group's platform that I purchased on August 13, 1999 from your North Merrittstad, Wyoming store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Alvina X., but my issue remains unresolved.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $62.32 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium membership, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
