I want to report a serious concern with Classic Estates Management Group's product that I purchased on May 20, 2012 from your Haleyburgh, Virginia store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Woodrow L., but my issue remains unresolved.
