I'm writing to complain about the technical assistance I received from MetaNexus. After paying $901.45 for accessory, I found that it experienced frequent disconnections. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Elbert L., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $473.78 refund only covers part of what I paid for the technical support package, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
