I want to report a serious concern with The Homemade Chef's equipment that I purchased on September 25, 1971 from your Beckershire, Tennessee store. The product has faced system outages despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Benedict Z., but my issue remains unresolved.
