I have been a loyal customer of The Homemade Chef for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-2734-OIQ-8418) on June 8, 1976, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
