I want to report a serious concern with Diligent Advocate Firm's solution that I purchased on January 8, 2017 from your Port Terrence, Georgia store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Zelma R., but my issue remains unresolved.

I want to acknowledge that Diligent Advocate Firm has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $241.47 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $241.47 for a restaurant order that never worked properly.
