I want to report a serious concern with Diligent Advocate Firm's solution that I purchased on June 20, 1993 from your Auerside, Washington store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jayden X., but my issue remains unresolved.

The situation with Diligent Advocate Firm has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the priority service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-05ED4015 multiple times.
