On September 18, 1998, I signed up for Dynamic Works & Sons Daegu's installation service at their Lake Jeremiestad, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $893.73, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sheila N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

After speaking with John Allen from the Quality Assurance at Dynamic Works & Sons Daegu, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
