I am writing regarding order #ORD-6163-KTE-3899 placed with United-Craft on June 6, 1994. I paid $600.29 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kaylie W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I appreciate United-Craft reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement wireless speaker has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
