I purchased a item from Design Bros Dresden on July 6, 2015. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Bailee U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
