I have been a loyal customer of Law & Services for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-6887-DSI-1833) on March 31, 2021, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After my initial complaint, Law & Services contacted me to troubleshoot the grocery order. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
