I purchased a package from Solid Contractors on June 9, 1985. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Verda H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 21, 2025 06:11Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $444.76 refund only covers part of what I paid for the repair service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
