I have been a loyal customer of Retail World for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-3713-GYP-3628) on April 5, 2001, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

It's now been 10 days since my initial complaint, and Retail World still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their technical support package.
