I purchased a platform from PrimeSpot International on June 3, 1977. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Mortimer E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
