I want to report a serious concern with Care Services's tool that I purchased on July 8, 1986 from your Jermaineberg, Missouri store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jules J., but my issue remains unresolved.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Care Services called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
