Unresolved issue with Domain of Choice Holdings product
Complaint Details
On May 1, 1990, I signed up for Domain of Choice Holdings's maintenance program at their Millsside, Montana location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $149.62, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rebecca G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Apr 30, 2025 05:32I want to acknowledge that Domain of Choice Holdings has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $147.13 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $147.13 for a microwave that never worked properly.
