On February 4, 1979, I signed up for MicroCode Dynamics's repair service at their Boehmberg, Maine location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $268.71, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Abigail I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
