I have been a loyal customer of MicroCode Dynamics for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-6312-CQC-5905) on October 26, 1986, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
