On July 26, 1979, I signed up for Strategic Attorney Team's upgrade service at their South Dellachester, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $673.93, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cortez B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I appreciate Strategic Attorney Team reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement organic produce box has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
