Trusted Practice Chambers failed to honor their commitment

I want to report a serious concern with Trusted Practice Chambers's system that I purchased on April 13, 1993 from your Naderport, Kansas store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Mellie Y., but my issue remains unresolved.
