I purchased a device from Trusted Practice Chambers on September 23, 1970. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Gardner B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 18, 2025 06:03After my initial complaint, Trusted Practice Chambers contacted me to troubleshoot the meal delivery. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
