I purchased a device from Trusted Practice Chambers on September 23, 1970. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Gardner B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After my initial complaint, Trusted Practice Chambers contacted me to troubleshoot the meal delivery. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
