I purchased a subscription from Advocate Associates on December 18, 1996. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Arnaldo Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I've received an email from Michael King at Advocate Associates offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The meal delivery was clearly defective from the start.
