Overcharged by Advocate Associates for service

On March 7, 2014, I signed up for Advocate Associates's training session at their Lake Yoshiko, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $79.79, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rosa U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
