I am writing regarding order #ORD-3376-LYG-3016 placed with Integrated Health Associates on March 14, 1986. I paid $446.20 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Josie X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm updating my complaint because Integrated Health Associates finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the headphones, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
