I am writing regarding order #ORD-1719-UCC-2319 placed with SummitAcademy Inc. on August 19, 2013. I paid $158.91 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alexandria S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The athletic shoes from SummitAcademy Inc. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
