I purchased a accessory from Homemade Cuisine Classics on March 21, 2014. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Leslie Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
